Plain terms for working with Envision Home Services.

These are the terms on which Envision Home Services quotes, books, performs and bills its work. Booking with us, accepting a quote or joining a plan means you agree to them.

Services and quotes

A quote describes the work and the price for it. Anything not listed is not included. Work that needs a closer look is quoted after we have seen it; a written price comes before that work starts. Quotes stand for 30 days unless they say otherwise.

Appointments

We give you an arrival window, not a minute. If we are running late we tell you. You can move or cancel an appointment by calling or texting us; we ask for a day's notice where you can. If we cannot reach the work — a locked gate, no access, an unsafe site — we may reschedule and, for a wasted trip, charge a reasonable call-out fee that we tell you about first.

Maintenance plans

A plan is a standing agreement for a set number of visits a year at the price on your agreement, billed on the rhythm you chose. The visits are scheduled ahead and moved by agreement. A plan is month to month unless your agreement says otherwise: you may pause or cancel it by contacting us, with changes taking effect at your next billing period. The price and what each visit includes are frozen on your agreement the day you join; changes to what we sell later do not change it.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is done unless your quote or plan says otherwise. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. A deposit, where one is asked for, is stated on the quote. Unpaid invoices may stop further work until settled.

Text messages and email

With your consent we send appointment confirmations, reminders, on-my-way and completion notices, quotes and receipts by text and email. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out does not affect your service. Our privacy policy says how we handle your number.

Our work

We do the work with reasonable care and skill. If something is not right, tell us within seven days and we will come back and put it right at no charge. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects we point out before starting, and our liability for any job is limited to the price of that job.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. Work already booked stays on the terms it was booked under.
