How Envision Home Services handles your information.

This policy explains what Envision Home Services collects when you book, quote, pay or join a plan with us, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how we handle the phone numbers customers give us for text messages.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, service address, phone number and email address, given when you book, request a quote or join a plan.
• Service records — the work you asked for, appointment dates, notes our crew keeps about the job, and photos of the work where we take them.
• Payment records — what was charged and when. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Communications — the emails and text messages we send you and any you send back, so we can answer you and keep a record of what was agreed.
• Website use — ordinary server logs when you visit this site. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To schedule, perform and follow up on your service.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, on-my-way and completion notices, quotes, receipts and invoices.
• To run your maintenance plan, when you have one: scheduling its visits and billing it as agreed.
• To answer your questions and resolve problems.

Text messages and your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are used only by Envision Home Services to communicate with you about your own service, and are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.

You choose whether to receive texts. The consent we ask for reads: “Send me text messages about my appointments, reminders and confirmations from Envision Home Services, at the number above. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.” It is unchecked by default and never required to book or to be served. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts at any time, START to opt back in, or HELP for help; you can also call us at 858-201-8038. Opting out of text messages does not affect your service.

Who else sees your information

We share information only with the service providers who make our business run: our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, our text-message provider, and the scheduling software we use to run the business (Field Blasters). Each handles your information only to provide its service to us. We disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep service and payment records for as long as you are a customer and for the period the law requires afterwards, then delete or anonymise them. Text-message consent records are kept while your consent stands, so we can show it was given.

Your choices
